I see people in here don’t know how to give helpful advice at all. I’ve made the decision to just put my foot out of the door. I’ve voiced my concerns to the program manager. They were ignored. I am data engineer with 3.8 YOE. I have offers from Accenture (11.5), tcs (11 LPA), wipro (14 LPA) and Publicis sapient (15 LPA).

Now I'm not so good at coding.
