I joined KPMG around 3 months ago but I am not getting work here. Although, I qualified some project's interview, yet due to some internal reason, they considered someone else, and I again came on bench.
I am unable to figure out what can be done now.
Should I start searching work outside.
(I hardly see any job openings these days)

Should not be normal to pay less for more work and responsibilities
Asking for context here. You’ve been promoted to mid-level without a salary increase? Or you’ve been hired at mid-level but discovered a junior is making as much as you?
Oooo that’s shady….and possibly illegal? Either you’re an intern or you’re not. Most internships I’ve heard of are paid hourly, not on salary, since they’re not fully hired.
Of you're doing the same thing, with more or less the same experience, and the only thing that changed is the name you can't expect more money. Basically, if it wasn't a proper promotion to mid, no salary change.
Sounds like you’re a junior but this place doesn’t do junior titles. Your pay should commensurate with you experience and what you bring to the table, and since you’re going from intern to FT it will be at a junior salary.
