Do it. I was in your shoes as a junior and made the jump. Ask for more than the top end, but do it tactfully. I’ve been able to go over the range every single IHC job I’ve had (I’m on my 3rd), and I’ve almost always had fewer YOE than the listing asked for.
Loving in-house life. My total comp has more than doubled since making the jump 4-5 years ago
Yes for sure
Yes I’d say do it.

The fact that you’re considering this signals you’ve got what you needed out of BL. Take the job but still “grind” a bit and put in your full 40 hours a week until you hit that 5 YOE mark. Once you’ve built the reps, IHC becomes a lot easier
I’ll take the contrary view and say that sounds low, so consider whether there is room for growth and raises. You may get stuck around $200k for the foreseeable future, whereas you could likely find a role in the high $200s if you grind to mid level in big law. But it really depends on the role.

You’ll get the needed reps in this IHC role. Yes you’ll be stuck around $200k for the next few years, but you’ll be building your expertise and will have an easier time jumping to a bigger company. The first IHC job is hard to get and competition from applicants with only firm experience is fierce
Grind some more, take it easy. Your progress will be super slow as a junior in house. Also dont assume you will get those jobs you see open for 3rd. You will be competing against plenty of more experienced lawyers, some with Biglaw + inhouse experience. Start applying first and you will see for yourself.
