Just a reality check of EPAM, HR is mentioning lots of perks to join Epam, and telling me its work from home, after joining you will get projects easily with our best clients, bench situation is also good since we are having large number of projects blah blah

Mastercard- 308000(including 2.80lakhs variable)

I am really confused between these two companies, I heard WLB is very good in Mastercard, but again their salary difference is too much.
