I am new to fishbowl and recently got an offer from Publicis Sapient for a senior associate. They are offering $136k with unlimited pto benefits. As I am from the industry and haven't heard about this company before, I would like some comments or thoughts about working for this company? How do they invest in their employees (like pay raise, promotions, etc)?

I accepted a new offer and put in my notice this week and my company provided a counteroffer. The offer is lower than my new offer but I know it’s the best they can do. Financially I do need the money but I’m also tempted to stay because my current team is so great. I have 2 questions 1) when does it make sense to prioritize workplace happiness/ balance over financial well-being? 2) if I go back on my offer acceptance should I consider that bridge burned?

Holiday Season - at my former company, around this time of year I would have already gotten a ton of gift baskets etc. - not something I would ever take home but open up for the team and leave out. LMAO what do Afro Latinos look like? I just asked a creative to include more pictures of Afro-Latinos in our hispanic messaging and she said "I tried to find pictures of videos that looked authentic but they didn't have the right look, it's a very specific look". So no black people in the ad cause this white passing lady needs to gate keep who looks latina enough. The blond, blue eyed women in the photos passed though... UGHH.
