Just completed the PDM round for Sr. Manager position today. I feel that the interview went great.It was a crisp 40 mins discussion.
Towards the end of the discussion, he asked me to screen share and put my thoughts on a few areas of Change Mgmt on slides. 5 mins into the presentation and he ended the conversation saying that 'I am good for now' and 'it was a great conversation with you'.
What should I make out of it ?? Any similar experiences?

My current company is going out of business next week. I am rushing to get my next job lined up (probably won’t happen in time but I’m trying my best). My question is: should I be honest about why I’m looking for a new job? Is it wrong to not share this info during my interviews? Is this situation going to affect my interview process somehow? How soon do most companies let you know if you're not proceeding to the next round of interviews? Do they let you know within the day, a day after, or a week usually?

Interviewing for PwC Audit Manager (currently another Big 4 Audit S3) sometime next week. 2 video interviews back-to-back.

I wanted to know how long does Course5i take to release an offer, I cleared all rounds last friday and was going to get an offer from HR early this week (by Monday evening or Tuesday) but didn’t get any offer till now.

I loved the role and I am still excited to join the organisation so mailed a follow up to the HR yesterday but did not get any response till now. I do not want to follow up for the next 1-2 days since I feel it would be too pushy from my end.

I have a VC/GE interview coming up (phone screen) and personally don’t know much about the space , it’s just an area that has always seemed interesting.

Does anyone have Recommendations on how to get up to speed/good questions to ask during the phone screen?

I would assume the first call will be pretty standard to any other company, but just want to be prepared.

What is L2 interview in coforge? Will it be more of a technical round or some Senior Manager regarding other aspects?

What is the best path for discovering senior roles in consulting firms? I notice that most don't actively recruit for the Managing Director/high level positions. Is that because there is no job or because you need to come with something special? How do you get the attention of firm recruiters for high level positions to have a discussion about best fit?

Done with two rounds of interview on may 17 th for the position of aml analyst. Interview was good. Approached HR for the update. They said the role is on hold, they will give update soon. Till no updates. What does it mean?

I've worked in AdTech, Digital Transformation, Consulting & Automotive Tech.

I’m a very experienced veterinary assistant who has been doing this job for about 4 years in total however because of my skill level I would say I am more of an unlicensed technician. I’m looking for input on what I should ask for a raise. Given the minimum wage, I make about $5 over but that hasn’t really changed to match inflation of living, etc and truly feel like I should be making a decent amount more given my skills. Any helpful advice?
