I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

Calm down! :))

Wow. McKinsey, which has the biggest public sector presence of the MBB, really hasn't been doing too hot at all in the sector.
Its presence is tiny and it's gotten even smaller. Meanwhile it's bungling whatever opportunities it's getting.

Bit of a different perspective here but maybe try to find out what went wrong and why you didn't get that job. There could be a thousand reasons why, but doing a RCA will only help you get closer to bagging that dream job when you apply again in the future (please do). Speak to the recruiter/interviewer and ask for feedback. Learn from those that got your dream job and see what they did differently. Sometimes you may find out that its probably not even a problem of you not being good enough, but pure luck or other externalities that prevented you from being selected. Don't be hard on yourself, bud :)
Chin up, and good luck!
I interviewed for a year for jobs that I thought could be my dream - after a ton of rejections Apple strolled along and offered me the perfect role for compensation almost 2x higher than any of the other companies were offering. Keep chugging
Keep pushing, you’ll get there one day! 💪 you’re not alone

You are not alone. It will one day be over. At the end of the day this is just a job and you will get the next job as you got this one. It’s also your mental state, due to the project, currently playing tricks on you and making things seem like a dead end. I was in the same boat as you and by some miracle got my dream job after multiple tries. You will get there and this will all seem like a distant memory. Just keep pushing no matter what. Don’t give up and trust me there are rewards and light at the end of the tunnel. You are unlocking abilities by being miserable and facing demons that majority of the people don’t. This sets you apart, makes you resilient and makes you stronger!
Hey OP, I don’t know if it helps, but I posted something similar a couple years back. I was at B4 and absolutely hated it, and was interviewing for a year before I got my dream exit. Believe me when I say that something works out eventually. And now that I’m here, I honestly have to say the grass is not always greener.
Would you be open to talking about your FB interview process FB 1? I just received a recruiter call and am trying to prep well - got rejected from Amazon after a final round so wanted to fix whatever I messed up before
We are on the same boat, took it hard when I didn’t get that job from Microsoft. But we only fail when we stop trying, so we won’t fail and we’ll get that job one day 💪🏻

Oh dear OP I was going to post this myself. Received rejection from another faang. Thanks for posting so I know I’m not alone. People say one day you’ll get there but nobody mentions that time is running out. I’d be reporting to
Junior folks or something alike
I didn’t get into Deloitte
Same. I’ve decided that it’s the universes way of telling me that I need to focus on my side hustles and go all in on entrepreneurship as that brings me way more happiness knowing I own and influence the inputs to my outcome directly
I’m coming around to this same mentality. Good for you and keep getting it!

You mean Deloitte isn't your dream job?
Hang in there. Keep yourself open as you move forward and eyes on your priorities. Bouncing back after that news is hard but better than giving up!

Sorry it didn’t work out the way you wanted, OP. Seems, a lot of times, life rarely gives us what we want.
