You'll have a series of 1 hr interviews that are case + fit, similar to consulting except fit is indexed more heavily. Have a good story that isn't "I want to leave consulting because WLB is bad"
Read our 10k to understand our business model and threats / opportunities/ trends as a starting point
The cases themselves shouldn't require technical expertise beyong core casing skills, but understanding the levers for different types of businesses at Google will certainly help you perform more strongly on cases that involve those levers
It's competitive, so please practice your casing to get back to par. A lot of people think that they don't need to practice since they got an offer in consulting 3+ years ago, and while that's true for some people it usually isn't
I experienced and have heard from others that typically they’ll walk you through a case interview when it’s with the BU-specific bizops teams. For me I interviewed for the bizops team for workspaces and we walked through a “productivity app in the market that I’m passionate about” lol. So potentially be ready to suggest a company and walk through a basic acquisition case interview
Ah, yeah my bad I may be conflating them. good point
I have L4 interviews next week- mind if I reach out?

It's only 4-5 one hr interviews. Should be a matter of weeks if selected for an interview just depending on interviewer availability (I think I went from 1st interview to verbal offer in like 2 weeks). Team does not typically travel (we have a couple team on-site weeks a year where people not in Bay Area travel in though)
