Is it worth trying to defer enrollment for the opportunity to work on this account?

Does a masters from Harvard Extension School come with the same perks, open the same doors as regular Harvard? I’m guessing there’s always going to be a difference but seems like a good deal (it’s cheaper than some state schools) with a semi-prestigious datapoint to add to the resume? I have joined IBM and resigned within 50 days.
Reason: project I was allocated not good and I initially rejected project but they forcefully moved to the project.I have asked multiple times to replace the project after that I have resigned.
