How many project rejection are normal in nagarro. I have been mapped with different stack due to which have been rejected twice for proposed projects.

Information needed on Wells Fargo chennai projects tech stack. Does any of the projects have the latest tech stack. I heard most of the projects are running on the legacy stack.

I am project manager in clinical research industry (CRO). After earning PhD, I gave up my science dream to take a more stable job. After slowly climbing the ladders, I feel like I finally got a seat at the table. Half the days I like the hustle, but now I miss being creative. I want to take more brainstorming, decision making responsibilities but I don’t see that in the career path for PM. Career path usually goes like this- Sr PM, Director, Sr Director, and so on. But all do same work.

Trying to chart my next move and not sure what direction to go. All I know is I’m tired of being always “on” in a client-facing environment.

Round or exact numbers on banners/LPs? I was curious about this since in negotiations for example or pricing it's better to have the exact number. But if you have a case study, for example, is it better to say "Client X increased their revenue to 1,000,000 ARR" instead of "Client X increased their revenue to 987,500 ARR" ? Hi all! Currently in the process of a career pivot and had a question. My current company wants me to come back for a two week project in August. Is this too big of an ask on a new employer if I request unpaid leave for this time? I had asked them about delaying start date until this project is over but it was too far away, and I’ll start this month instead but haven’t yet.
