Hi Fishes I've recently started working at Accenture and company has offered me (9.1 LPA including fixed and variable) but I've got one more offer after joining Accenture from Capgemini (in Malasiya - KL) of 7000 Ringgit/ Month. l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?

Let's say a person join a company X and then switches to Y after few years. Again switches to company Z after few months. Now the thing is both the previous employers provided Pf but the new company Z which is still growing doesn't have a pf contribution since it is starting out in india. What would happen to existing PF accounts if not withdrawn , will it earn interest? What would i need to do as an employee? Any timelines to follow?
