Just had an offer to Google London S&O Associate role, the offer is L3, £52k base, ~£40k RSU over 4 years, 15% bonus (assuming I reach the target). Thoughts? Current position - Senior Associate in a Tier-2 consulting firm in London, YOE: 4.

For a business background professional (not SWE) is L3 basically a graduate level within Google?

I have accepted my sexuality and found peace with the long battle of wanting to be something not what I actually am. On one side I have a lot of pressure around me being gay and trying to get a PR and get out of India, on another side I have a lot financial issues. I’m trying so hard to focus on work and to meet the expected bar for my current role. But the office politics here is toxic and always putting me down. Does Google NYC offer day care? I’m a recent parent and got a verbal offer but I’ve realized that I never asked about parent benefits throughout the interview process. Not a big deal just curious about it.

Completed onsite interviews for the TAM role and recruiter gave me feedback that my technical depth wasn’t up to par for the role but my googleness/leadership and GCA interview feedback was stellar so they plan to propose me for Cloud PM roles instead. Does this happen? Or are they just being nice? What’s the probability that they’ll match me to another role?
