Just had my Emory MBA interview. Got asked to pick 3 people that are close to me professionally and how each would describe me using 3 words. Good grief, never thought 9 adjectives could be so hard to come up with.

ZS 🐠 - can you receive sponsorship for MBA prior to having tenure of 3 years? If not, what is the downside of applying after 1 or 2 years? I am coming in with 3+ YOE in consulting, so my application would be competitive for next fall (or ‘23)

Wondering what people think about my situation. I’ve been offered a role with a company. The job description didn’t mention college degree as a requirement. On my CV I have a section listed as “Education” and under it I have “Business Studies” with the university name and the 3 years that I attended the course (2.5 to be exact). It’s a 4 year degree and under this I have my High School equivalent with the years I attended there. The education wasn’t mentioned in the interviews. Continued below.

But a lot of posts here making me think it’s harder to break into than I expected (non-technical background). I have heard from friends working in different companies about Synechron. Employees working hours are very closely monitored at Synechron.

Employees have to spend 9 hours inside Office rather than Synechron premise.

Also, employees have some app installed in their virtual machines which tracks the duration for which they were logged in.

Is this true?Wanted to confirm from someone who are working with Synechron.

Hi Everyone, Started my career in government 5 years ago working in an operational role, then focussed on HR for 3 years working my way up to a middle manager role in HR as a business partner and completed my Level 7 CIPD.
