What type of role? Advisor? Do you have a book of business? Willing to relocate within Florida?

I would be happy to chat as this may be a fit for our team.

If you’re looking for a home with an independent RIA in which you own your own book and run your own business, let’s talk.

My answer above is what I’d be looking for and my reasoning, any thoughts or ideas?

Does anyone feel they’re adding any sort of value while going to the office? I personally don’t. In my team there’s legit zero level interaction with each other, no informative talks, no growths conversation and few are so absurd that each day they just find ways to impress their snrs. man, come on😅

Leadership asks us to come 2-3 days in a week and if I have to work in the same way which I used to do from home then why don’t we keep doing WFH as long as your job is not suffering.

Dead Floor!

We are registered with either the Securities and Exchange Commission or state securities regulators. Independent advisors are trusted with over $5 trillion of their clients’ wealth.
