I feel like I’m loosing money, watching my vehicle depreciate by driving so much. The company credit card for gas is expected. I don’t look at that as a bonus. Id really like to see other people’s thoughts on this. Additionally, the national avg car allowance for jobs that require travel, is closer to $700/ month.

Looking to understand the salary range for an executive level/managing account director at a large advertising agency.

When I negotiated my comp, all my discussions were around me being a junior and I only accepted my comp for that reason (would not have accepted if I was step above junior since it was low).
