McKinsey & Company Just started working at a firm a month ago. Just received an offer from McKinsey & Company - GCI Analytics team for Data Engineer. I enjoy the laid back culture at Slalom, co-workers, and WLB. Mckinsey is offering 22k more though. With having a new child on the way and me being well off already due to having a nice rental property I'm concerned about the terrible WLB that I heard McKinsey has. Also, Idon't want to have a bad rep for leaving a company after a month. Looking for opinions?!

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. 9 am- sign in and check emails
930-11 : look for a new job
11-2 lunch and nap
2-3 : sometimes meetings, mostly begging people for billable work
3-4:30 - proposal work if I have it or more job hunting
5-9pm family time and dinner
10-3am - netflix, videogames, cry myself to sleep
