Different person can have different point of view.
What my understanding is relegions are like starting level or grades of spirituality like 1-5 th standard.
There are higher levels too but people don't follow much of the things taught by their specific religion so they don't learn much.
And spirituality is also having some levels according to person understanding.
But in spirituality the thing is person make efforts consciously they follow some path so they can make progress.
Although in spirituality also people do it for show off like in religion so they would not learn much.
That is my understanding.
Also what i observed sooner or later you will realize your true nature as life put you in situations in some lifetimes and you will make efforts and that efforts will be Carried on to later births.
But why to delay realization when it can be done now only.
And it is the ultimate goal of life or you can say final goal of life.
Answer from chat gpt looks more promising one mine was not much informative 😅.

Religion and spirituality are often used interchangeably, but they are not the same thing. Here are some key differences between religion and spirituality:
Religion:
Refers to a set of organized beliefs, practices, and rituals associated with a particular faith or denomination.
Typically involves adherence to specific religious doctrines and rules, and may be linked to a particular institution or community.
Often involves group worship and shared traditions, and may include the use of symbols and rituals to connect with a higher power.
May provide a sense of belonging, identity, and community for its followers.
Spirituality:
Refers to a broader sense of connection to something greater than oneself, which may or may not be tied to a specific religious faith.
Involves a personal search for meaning, purpose, and inner peace, and may incorporate practices like meditation, mindfulness, or gratitude.
May be informed by a variety of sources, including religious beliefs, philosophical ideas, or personal experiences.
Emphasizes individual experience and personal growth, rather than adherence to specific doctrines or rules.
May involve a sense of awe or wonder about the world and a desire to understand one's place in it.
In summary, while religion and spirituality can overlap and influence each other, religion tends to be more structured, institutional, and focused on specific beliefs and practices, while spirituality is more personal, individualistic, and focused on a broader sense of connection and meaning.
