Bain & Company just wrapped up my final round experience hire interview for bcg’s associate position. had a partner in r1 but project leader in r2, seems to be different from most people’s experience where the interviewers get more senior as it progresses

any idea why? or am i thinking too much of it?

I’m very nervous because the group with whom I’m interviewing works with life science/tech clients and the attorneys have strong science/tech backgrounds; and I do not. However, I am very, very interested in transitioning to this practice. And I reaaally want this job because it’s at my dream firm. How would you recommend preparing for the lateral interview?
