Yeah.. True !! Even 80C of Income tax was revised 7 years back, No Increase for last 7 years. Poor are getting subsidies but No relief for Middle class. They Constantly reduced PF interest rates. Too Much of Inflation.

The greed of owners...I have seen many owners ready to keep house empty for 6 months straight but cannot lower rent even for 1k-2k and have cash flows for 12months.
It seems they will never learn even if another pandemic comes.
Because of high rent even basic savings are getting depleted for buying a simple 2bhk dream house.
Hope all IT companies go to WFH mode and never have plan for coming to office.

Seeing flat and flatmates post of bangalore, 2bhk at 40k + everywhere, someone posted 1 lak for 2bhk, 1.75 lak for 4 bhk and maintenance.
Who is taking flats on these rates?
Owner are asking emi not rentals, itna jyada rental kaisae ho sakta.
Our rental agreement in pune is expiring and owner asking for 70 percent increase, inflation is still in single digit yeh rent ku itna badh rha.
Folks coming from Mumbai are also to blame here. When they hear 40k for 2bhk, they go nuts since they are used to 60-70k for the same. Even if the correct rates are 20-25k, they don't negotiate
