Probably would depend on the group and your skillset but I doubt they would take you on as a SA with that little experience. I came in as an experienced A at KPMG and was promoted within the first year. So if it’s something your interested in, and the dollars make sense, it’s definitely possible to get promoted fast.
I had more experience than that and they still didn’t offer SA, but experienced A. They may ask you if you’ll be ok with experienced A
Did you apply for both or just one?
Try and see what happens
Applied with 3 Years experience in industry, F500, for Senior Associate role and was offered an Experienced Associate level position.
Echoing everyone above, you can try but highly doubt it works. Only exceptions would be you blow everyone away in interviews or there’s such a big need.
You could try arguing for experienced A but fast track to SA this year (our FY is Oct-Sep)
