I don’t. When I was analyst/senior our base was fairly consistent with the big 4 and year-end bonuses were higher which put TC slightly ahead. Things have moved a ton in the last year at all firms so not sure where things are shaking out currently.

We’ve hired managers before as VPs. It depends on the office and years of experience in audit. New VPs base was around $140-150 last year (MCOL) and bonuses for people promoted to VP we’re around 25-30k. A lot of current employees got COVID bonuses last year 4-7k mid-year. I’m not sure what new VPs are at now as they could have increased that number for new hirers and current employees are due a comp adjustment at year-end which we won’t know about until Feb. It’s been a moving target in the last 2 years so it’s difficult to throw out ranges for analyst/senior positions as I know there’s been a lot of comp adjustments for those positions since I’ve been at that level.
It’s up now. This law doesn’t really help high paying jobs as it looks like every company just posts large ranges.
