Please evaluate this initial offer for Apple ICT3. I think I was low balled, but I want to take more opinions. Currently Sr. MTS at VMware, received Apple ICT3. I was expecting to get to ICT4 but seems like team thinks upper end of ICT3 is more apt. Also, I think it is because I don’t have any counter offers yet.

Hi Team, I have joined GlobalLogic last week only and have been asked to join one client from cyber security domain but after joining got to know that client is chaning few things is team and because of that only they are also not sure if I will be assigned to that project or not. ( discussion still in progress with client )
What should I do ? Do they have enough project to accomodate me in different project ?

What makes you feel that you need to make more?
Several peers have pointed out that less qualified/experienced associates are making significantly more so it’s just something I’ve started thinking about
Big 4 - 2nd years are making $67k-$70k. Those with over 2 years of experience now considered Seniors are at $77-80k. Your years of experience seem to fall under the $77-80k, however you mentioned you are still an associate?
@D1 pay is dependent on a number of factors such as city and etc. On average D2’s are not making 67k... in Texas it’s $58k
Based on the starting salaries for new hires rising, it’s possible that your salary didn’t adjust to accommodate equity. Gather your data and ask for a raise. Most employers can’t afford to lose a productive person and may meet your request.
