When the partner checks in on the junior associate

Hi guys ,
I am in a US project in Accenture. We have long calls in the night timings. My other teammate has backed out saying she won't attend any calls as she got some medical condition so she won't attend long calls which extend till 9:30.Other teammate is a junior. The managers are expecting me to join all the calls. No help I am getting. And they all being Tamil, I think some partiality is going on between them.Even our onsite lead is of no use.She expects me to attend long calls.
What should I do .pls suggest?

I have felt the need to change that, but every time I try it comes out weirdly lol. I’m just not a loud talker
I’ve been given this feedback and know that I will probably always be soft spoken (speaking louder just feels like yelling to me). I counter it by making sure I do speak my mind when I have an idea or when I don’t agree with something, and that whatever I say is thoughtful. So far it’s working!
Following..my personality is mistaken for “lack of confidence” and I always get a feedback that I should speak out loud.
It is true other way round. I don’t have soft voice, I have firm and high pitch voice. A lot of time people find me dominating and authoritative 🤷🏻♀️.
There is a difference between being soft-spoken and timid. Someone can speak softly but if their statements are clear and poignant that can come off much better than someone who is loudly confident but long winded or incoherent. I would ask friends for their perspective on how your voice comes across. Be more concerned with the phrasing you use (avoid unnecessary apologies, fillers, “just”) than the volume of your voice. Practice these things in the mirror if you do feel you need to work on confidence, clarity, or projection. But don’t just think you have to be louder, people should be able to sit and listen to you respectfully even if you aren’t a loud outspoken consultant.
I coach once told me to practice talking (on conference calls or whatever) holding a heavy weight in front of me. This engages diaphragm and makes voice louder without shouting. It works!
I don't always remember to engage diaphragm when speaking but it helps.
Following...I do need to change this but have no idea how.
