Take it and keep looking
I made that comment based on a conservative approach. It might take a take a month or a year to find the right job with the right numbers - Meanwhile bills need to be paid and hence the take the offer and keep looking. Companies can get rid off you as soon as they hire you too. There is nothing that stops them from doing this to you.

I would take it with the intention of sticking it out for a little while. You could always continue searching once you’ve secured the job but I would go into it with the mindset that you probably won’t leave for at least 6-12 months
Take it!!
Did you take it?
Do you have or are you close to any other offers? If not are you good with being unemployed until mid January or later? Recruiting is about to slow down for the holidays.
See if you can get them to increase comp.
Take it and keep looking. It will make you more marketable to have it on your resume. And it’s better to be employed and looking than unemployed and looking. If you’re unemployed for too long employers will assume there is something wrong with you and it will be harder and harder to get something.
Oh stop. That’s not true at all. I was laid off for 8 months , no one thought anything was wrong with me. Layoffs happen all the time , stop with the panic already, this guy/girl has enough stress without adding unnecessary comments.
Kinda want to know what company—I’m in corporate strat in a group where managers are typically 2-3 years out of college so $135k is pretty solid
Take it and keep looking. Negotiate a sign on bonus and RSU’s
