Hi Fishes, Sometime back I was interviewed for Technical Support Job role in my domain. T1 went well. T2, in my understanding was better only (not great like T1 but not blunder. I felt it was nice and i replied majority of questions). They released the feedback after 10 days with "Not Positive". I am not totally sure with feedback as I replied majority of questions correct. I am being bit curious with "Microsoft" tag. What can be the reason?
Discussion appreciated.

Your EY insurance should run through the end of may. Don’t pay for cobra unless you end up having a medical issue during the gap, it’s super expensive and can be applied retroactively
Rising Star
This 100 percent correct.
Look online, you can get private insurance for 1 month with high deductible and low premium, just to cover in case of catastrophic emergency.
I think your health insurance runs through and of month. So you only need cobra for 6 days. Just confirm with your benefits team
Following bc I’m in the same boat. 5/27 last day and 6/15 first day. Mostly worried about a freak accident happening during those 20 days
Always leave a company on the first day of a month and start in the same month to avoid any issues
Follow the advice provided by Deloitte 2. I left the firm in December and they are on point. Cobra insurance can be retroactively applied. EY’s insurance runs through the end of the month you leave. One item you might want to confirm is if your benefits at your new employer start immediate or the following month of hire. I started my new gig in January but health insurance didn’t kick in until February 1st.
After your last day, EY sends information packets for both pension and Insurance. Just FYI.
I think for the tax penalty there's a max amount of time you can go without coverage. So you can likely go 6 days without penalty if that's what you're worried about.
Depends. There isn’t any federal. I live in MA so there is a state penalty. You may have a state mandate so you may want to Check that.
