Hi, I am currently interviewing for the abuse analyst role in a Trust and Safety team at Google. I have had 3 rounds done and a 4th (RRK) is scheduled. I'm not sure if the previous rounds were entirely RRK/GCA/Leadership as questions asked were mixed. I have been conveyed though that my feedback so far, is pretty neutral / avg hence a 4th round which will be entirely RRK. So, my question to y'all: For an analyst role, what's the best way to prep for RRK? Is live coding in SQL asked? Thanks!

Any one make a move from fund admin after big 4 assurance and then was able to make a pivot to a PE fund accounting team? I am considering moving to a fund admin now. Have 9+ years of big four experience. Worried that I can get stuck in fund admin. lapplied for few SA roles at AWS after getting the SAA certificate and some badges like the "WAF" and "Advanced Migration". I also optimized my resume recently trying to match what AWS would look for, but I did not get any 1st call or Screening interview! Ialso applied to some of the roles using friend's referral. Anyone ever interview with Rivkin Radler? Recently interviewed for a position in one of their offices and was somewhat surprised to hear that they wouldn’t be making an offer, since I thought the interview had gone very well, not to mention that my resume had been forwarded to their HR department by a friend who works there. I talked to my coach and he’s surprised and he said I should reach out to USDC leadership first, but I don’t know if core wants me, why do I want to talk to USDC leadership first?

Random question but do you let your kids hang out in your bedroom and use your master bath if applicable? My kids always seem to want to use our bathroom instead of theirs and my spouse doesn't care but I grew up with my parent's room basically being off limits and think I'd prefer it that way.

I’ve commented in a few threads about putting someone on my team on a PIP, so I wanted to post an update. The associate was a decent performer but not great at communication or taking feedback. Things appeared to be going better, but he sent me a 2 sentence resignation email this week, giving 10 days notice. I called him today but he didn’t pick up, claiming he’s too busy to talk, even though I’m hearing through the grapevine that he’s calling others in the organization to say that he’s leaving.

I literally cannot stomach to be around my in laws any longer. My wife and I are in neither political camp and we pretty much have the perspective that no matter what the outcome is every 2 and 4 years isn’t going really affect our lives all that great. We just have the attitude that “things happen, but why let that affect our daily happiness?” My in laws are retired, bored, and do nothing but share Fox News videos on Bookface and have just become so angry. Hi attorney fishes! I can't say much, but would anyone be willing to DM about evidence I might need to prove breach of fiduciary duty with a realtor broker who repped me as buyer? Would also be looking at breach of contract for same individual acting as a general contractor for me.
