Last week I tweaked my resume and reposted online. Monday, I got a "cold call" from a recruiter for a job that's reasonable. Set up a call, spoke to the recruiter, and gave them times I would be available to talk to the client or the next person in the process. No call, no follow up. I reached out again today with email/call.
