Lately, the workload has been brutal, and it’s starting to affect my mental health. I’m managing 12 accounts, constantly putting out fires, and I feel like I’m always behind. Last week, I had three back-to-back client calls, followed by a 10-hour day just trying to catch up on emails. I know I need to take breaks, but when clients expect instant replies, it feels impossible to step away. I’m exhausted, but I don’t want to let anyone down. How do you all cope with burnout without dropping the ball? Have you found ways to set boundaries without hurting client relationships?

As a fresher from day1 without KT, or prior exp I was directly put to work. Thanks to my senior team members who helped me out to learn and grow.. still working for 12+ hours daily and it's seriously effecting my health & peace.

Now I want a suggestion from seniors/ fellow associates out there to suggest me whether to start job search and move or stick to the same company/project?

Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. I work for a small agency and manage our internal marketing acct. We had very few processes in place when I started. I’ve since created, implemented, and trained our dept. on project mgmt for clients and am trying to convince the owner to apply those principles to our internal jobs. They are resistant because they just want the work to be done and don’t “want to keep spending money on internal jobs”.
