I recently cleared all rounds of interview for Mindtree and waiting for the offer letter. However, since Mindtree has been recently acquired by LTI, is there any layoff expected to happen in Mindtree?
Kindly pls give me an idea about how the situation is now in both companies.

Do you have to return the sign on bonus if you get laid off, sign on period (2 years) has not yet passed. I would also like to know the firm's severance policy.

A couple months back, I had an offer for a BDR position that I ended up turning down but I really liked and connected with the manager. Is it worth it to reach out? I applied to other positions in the same company. What about reaching out to previous co workers at a different company? Not sure how to navigate this… please help. Follow up post to my last post…My husband was laid off from the company where I also work. I am feeling really isolated / depressed about working and moving forward. I’m also getting to a stage where I’m really sad that people haven’t reached out to either my husband or myself to send well wishes or provide support. It’s like they don’t know what to say or I make them feel awkward so they don’t bother…I’m trying to focus on a few that have been supportive but it’s hard…Any words of advice? 😞

I’m a L9 consultant based out of San Francisco, California who was impacted by recent lay off at Accenture. I wanted to understand as per WARN Act California employees are to be given at least 60 days notice, however I was only given 3 weeks notice. Can I challenge this?

I heard from my head that there is a lot of slowdown in VW Germany... There is Hiring freeze, level freeze and all ... And soon that will spillover to india. So be prepared for very less hikes in coming cycle :( Also automotive sector in general is struggling with tesla laying off 10% workforce recently. Maybe time to make a move? What do you say fishes?

I’ve been on the bench with J1 for about 3 months. I was worried that because I couldn’t find another project, I would get laid off so I found J2, which pays more, is very meeting heavy, but I really like. I’ve kept J1 because I’m still on the bench doing absolutely nothing and getting paid. Thinking about looking for a role on a project with J1 that’s not along my career path but will allow for me to do work with no calls so that I can manage both jobs. Just got an offer for a Sr. AWS DevOps role at 145K, I will be working remotely 100% with maybe 5% travel, if any. No bonus with this company. I have over 8 years of DevOps and AWS, all AWS certs .
