I interviewed for a role with the Enterprise Risk Team at EY. I told them my salary requirements were $105 k before the interview. They said it should be ok if I'm brought in as a Senior 1. After the interview, they said they want to bring me in as a Staff2 at $84k with $3k signing bonus. I'm trying to get on a call to negotiate further...do these numbers sound right to you all?

My company says the s user id provided by them will get de-activated once I leave (in a week). I have not claimed the amount also. I hardly work for more than 30 mins a day in my current project in a small company. It's server monitoring support work and mostly no issues. I have 15 years work exp but still getting only 11 LPA. Should I remain here for wlb or upskill and move up.
