Left my job at Deloitte with 4 YOE and have been in the healthcare industry for about 1 year now. Left Deloitte because I was craving more WLB and now feel as though I am not using my skill set, not challenged, and honestly a bit bored. Has anyone gone through a similar struggle after making a move from consulting to industry? Any tips on adapting or any recommendations for companies who balance WLB with challenging/innovative work?
