They have about $500MM is AUM including new hotel in Times Square, a 10-story B-office building in Chelsea and condominium project still hinder construction in TriBeCa. Anyone have any thoughts on compensation targets?

How possible is it to negotiate internal transfers at your company. What is the best strategy for this?

Illinois condominium act? Upstairs unit’s HVAC leaked and caused damage to our unit. HOA agreement says damage caused by omission is waived if covered by insurance. My insurance wants a HOA insurance claim to be filed and HOA refused.
