Midwest salaries are notoriously low but 62k for a master's degree, license and 10 years experience is a crime. Even at a small firm anyone with those credentials should be pulling in over $100k in just base, plus performance bonus, benefits. Please look for a different employer and do not settle for a sub 6 figure pay.
Archinect also has a salary poll. I've just switched jobs for the same reason. It's tough to get a decent raise unless you make the jump
What is your billing rate? I know it is supposed to be about 3-4 times the salary, so that might give you a frame of reference.
I believe its $150 an hour but probably more now that they are listing me on RFP'S as a project manager.
For a project architect with your expertise $90,000 is a fair place to start.

Maybe it's time to move to a big firm. You can easily make 100k with your experience.
