Long story short: I returned from PTO to find out that I am moving to a new zone with no context, and no insight as to whether or not my role on said zone would remain consistent with my current role. When I discussed concern and frustration with my immediate supervisor, I was advised that operations wanted to run a 'test' as my current zone should be operating with less people...I'm confident in my contributions to my current team and feel a little blindsided about the move. Simply venting.

I recently relocated to Ireland with M level. I got to know that compensation is less and it's about 65k Euros for the manager band.
Can someone please let me know how to raise this? How much can we expect an increase in the pay ? rent is about 1700 euros for 2 beds.
