The last time I interviewed was for a Specialist position and the questions were the typical “tell me about a time when xyz happened and how did you handle it?” But maybe these questions are to elementary for Director level? How long is too long to take off from GMAT? Spent~8 months on it plus working while living alone and think it’s started to take its toll (panic attacks, etc.). Need to get up ~30 points or so and thinking of getting healthy/deferring application to next year.

If you start as a Program Manager, how/when do you begin to advise people as a people lead? I’ve heard Program Managers are not people leads.
