Looking for a job in the civilian sector is horrible if you’re a veteran

Having an experience of 5.5 years in IT Procurements I have joined on a role of an Associate Manager in a renowned organization. The salary offered to me is 7.7 LPA.
I am looking for an idea about how much salary does an Associate Manager gets on this post with this much experience.
Can anyone please suggest? :)

I have been interviewing at Tavisca for a month long, thanks to there recruiter, already tole my expectation upfront, Now after all the tech rounds, HR round happened and told again my expectation INR X lpa Hr was like ok, will go ahead, now after someday, he says that we dont have budget and cannot go further. Then I told them I already hold an offer and will share which is INR X+ lpa, After trying for few more days finally they told that they can offer INR (X-10) lpa, Looked like a joke to me

Getting into the military helped my feeling of abandonment due to my father's absence. It sounds funny, but being in the military showed me another type of parenthood that I needed.

We as the armed forces of the United States have a research department, but the greatest advances at the armament level come from private sectors, this could not be something counterproductive because if they sell a product to us, what deprives them of selling it to other countries?

Getting disability rated…I retire next year and seeing the doc for all my issues. They’re listed in Genesis under my active issues. Does that automatically count for when I retire or do I need to get appointments addressing these issues again after meeting with the VA?

I feel like I haven't seen the results of our efforts. The Middle East is still a mess. There's a war in Europe we won't take part in. Does anyone else feel this way?
