Looking for a new job. Been off since Aug 2025. BS from Tuskegee Univ. MBA from Keller Grad School of Management. Possess 18+ years of HR exp. I utilize keywords in all of my resumes when applying. I still get rejection letters either at 3a, or a day after applying—-or get totally ghosted. What should I change? Should I take my HBCU degree off the resume? Or take my role from ‘98-‘02 off? So are the ATS systems age & race discriminating? I was told ATS systems all communicate with each other.

Hi Fishes, I'm a Python developer now and I need to switch my role related to AI/ML for long term.
Currently I 've planned two options and I'm bit confused which road i've to take:
1) Do Masters degree in Canada, after that try to get Job in there or US.
2) Do any Master Programs in Here (India) and get a job.

Hi guys, After CAF completion by last week, yesterday I received a call from the HR for the second round of evaluation. So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance. But suddenly today I received an email that my candidature isn't suitable for the role and they're keeping my profile in the database. As markets crash we’re seeing something similar. People are ignoring bad outcomes when they should be working that much harder to protect previous gains and find new ideas. Lower traffic in this thread is a symptom of this phenomenon. Don’t quit just as the value of incremental effort ramps.
