Can a company find out if you start to work for another company? Also, is it really a conflict of interest if you work for both companies in the same position, but the companies are in a different field (e.g. pharmaceutical and social media)?

I did it! I got an in-house Paralegal position after years of working and being burned out at different law firms. I was going to leave the legal field all together because I was so burned out and depressed, but I decided to give the field one more chance if I was able to go in-house. Been having trouble moving on since girlfriend ended relationship 3 weeks ago after 2+ years of dating. Protocol for responding (or not) to unsolicited emails from recruiters to your work email? In other words, is it acceptable to just ignore without a response? Or do you prefer to keep the line open with a brief “thanks for thinking of me, I am not interested at this time but hope we can collaborate in the future.”

Anyone have any tips for how to heal a shoulder injury? Started working out pretty young and had bad form which probably lead to some long term injury in my right shoulder. Whenever I lift the pain is minimal at lower weights but brutal at higher weights. Also, any tips on how to properly warm up your shoulders would be greatly appreciated.

Whenever i have a big deadline, my body goes into a panic mode where my energy immediately goes to figuring out how I’ll get something done well and on time. Outwardly, I don’t seem stressed so no one notices but actually I usually feel like I have a cold: fatigue, headache, sore throat, sinus infection. When a task is done, i stop feeling like crap. It’s been like this since law school. Any tips on managing stress or moving towards doing good work without my body shutting down lol?
