Looking for a Senior Consultant/Manager role (4+yoe) and struggling to find companies that will at least match my current company in salary for the level.

Currently on £50k base with 4yoe and basically guaranteed promo to next grade EOY which will rise to £65k base.

Anyone making more than £65k base at their companies equivalent grade of 4+yoe?

Hello all. My company just went through an acquisition and the company did some restructuring of job titles. When they did this we were all advised the company would be making sure our jobs pay aligned with the national average.
My issue with this is my job title went from a Technical Support Supervisor to a Customer Success Team Lead. I have voiced my concerns with management but have been advised job titles are semantics. In my eyes this is a demotion, and will affect how much my job is worth.

Any tips for a candidate who is currently in working in a bank in IT operations and interviewing for a tech company for a role they don't have technical experience at all? Moving from a BA position to another BA role but tech is completely different...
