Just completed 3 years in a corporate finance role and completed ACCA qualification. Looking for the next step in my career along with a change in geography. Have been working in top 10 accountancy firm in Ireland and want to move to the western European region.

What kind of opportunities should i be looking for and what career options do I have.

What are reasonable exit opportunities from transaction advisory/fdd? I am considering a position in this but am concerned with getting stuck too far down the road.

I’ve been promoted with a title but not the responsibilities. I’m job searching and am primarily looking at postings that don’t include my promoted title — I’m not sure how to professionally articulate in an interview why I would be willing to take a “step down”. I’m a 27 year old manager, who’s been in consulting for 4.5 years, directly out of college, in Accenture doing M&A strategy for Financial Services & Life Sciences. I’ll try to answer to the best of my ability (mostly everything except client details ofc).

When I moved in-house a year ago as a BigLaw mid-level, I took a 45% pay cut, far more than I was comfortable with (although I was fine with a 20-30% cut). I took the job because it was a great role and I was focused on making the jump in house and developing the skills I wanted, which required me moving away from my firm practice area. Now that my year-end review is coming up, how do I ask my company for a significant pay raise (not just a 2-5% inflation-matching raise)?

Sure I just started a new job as a project coordinator in January .
It my first job in clinical trials technology position prior to this I was in dentistry for 32 years and it’s taking me a lot to learn all the ins and outs of data analysis and some of the tech talk.

When I enquired about offer letter last week, hr replied in mail that "Since your education under blacklist with cognizant, we are unable to process with your offer. Many of college alumni are already working with cognizant. Even mailed them what part of education is blacklisted but they are not replying.should I still expect offer letter from them?
