AWS associate engagement manager salary?
Received an offer as Engagement Director from Salesforce (CSG, pre sales, L9). Great benefits package, 40% increase in total comp and better WLB.
I do love the people in my practice and current client, but career trajectory has stalled after taking parental leave earlier this year and (yet another) change in leadership.
Realistically, making to Director is 2-3 years away and will require sacrificing time with my family that I am not prepared to give up.
Should I stay or should I go?

You’re only at 130 as an M? Wow, that’s low
What DTE? Strategy M’s start at 180...
How is 130k low for M... first year M at PwC HCOL is around 134k if I remember correctly
most 1st year Ms I know that are promoted from SC are making $140-150k. I made $190k as an M in tech at deloitte with 8 yoe, jumped from another firm.
130, clearly not in strategy as that’s about 50K off

Congrats ac 1... wonderful to laugh at comp levels- bet you’re a real joy to work with. And you’re only clearing that base after a few years at M; unless it’s EYP comp structure.

I feel like I can’t answer your question without knowing about the startup, cause that’s kinda the whole ballgame imo. One thing worth thinking about is what your plan is if the startup goes kaput or you hate it after a while. Do you want to boomerang back to acn or permanently pivot to industry?

Yes make VP and then you can always come back to Accenture.
