Hi! What questions should I ask the Hiring Managers when I interview for a brand new role within their team?

Feeling so down right now…I spent months trying to get into a tech company. And when I finally got in, I was then laid off two months into the job. This past month, I applied to 300+ jobs and had 30+ interviews. None of them led to offers due to hiring freezes or internal hires. I just went through 10 interviews with a non-tech company and I don’t know if I will get an offer. I am just so tired of everything. I'm actually a Registered Nurse; I've emailed support to find out how to change myself from a physician to RN. Are there any nurses on here who were able to get their foot in the door doing CDI without having CDI experience? I've been a nurse; overall, for 16 years. My clinical background is in Med-Surg, Telemetry, Step-Down, Infectious Disease with the last 10 years being away from bedside in Pharmacovigilance. I have MI BOLC in January, which lasts for 4 months. I’m currently in the final phase of receiving my verbal offer from either Booz Allen Hamilton or Deloitte. I had my Assessor interview this past week and received a pre-screening questionnaire that asked about dual citizenship status. Because I don't even have a passport for the country I am a dual citizen for, I didn't even think about the possibile complications this could lead to with my application. I applied through a career fair at school and didn't see the citizenship requirements, so I guess that's on me.

A few weeks ago I joined a small company with a male CEO who is impulsive, quick to panic, and gives brash feedback in inappropriate ways/situations (I.e. will give poor feedback to someone during a team meeting). He’s mentioned in passing that building culture isn’t something that comes naturally because of his family history, but I’m noticing these negative traits are having a bad impact on everyone. By what multiple did you improve (or lose) your skills year over year though your career? Wholly subjective, of course.

Format example:
Yr 0-1: x5 (first year learned way way more than from interning or whatever before)
Yr 1-2: x3.2 (still learned a ton, worth >3 of me from year before)
Yr 2-3: x1.2 (learned a little)
Yr 3-4: x0.6 (burnt out, worth like half of year prior)
etc

Impact of big 4 consulting in an data engineering career.

I recently started at one of the big 4 as a DE. So far I have seen some pretty poor coding practice, lack of version control and taking short cut everywhere. Every one also highly prefer no code ETL tool. I am a little worried that this environment is bad for a DE career.

Just wondering if this is just my project or is or project like that? I am considering switching after a few more months.

Has anyone here had any experience with Data Science bootcamp programs? I’m weighing some options and unsure if bootcamp or a certificate program would be worth the time/money.

How do people like working at Capgemini? I got an offer and I am curious about the WLB and how people working in the D&A space have liked working there.
