Looking for someone who works at Deloitte - Can you explain what/if any benefits Deloitte offers for things like “pathway to parenthood” (I.e. adoption, surrogacy, egg freezing, IVF) as well as how their emergency medical leave process works?
I am asking as I have been through these processes on the EY side, and I am trying to determine if Deloitte offers anything similar or not at all.

YoE 12.5, cctc 10.5 and holding offers till 23.5 fixed and few more in pipeline, expecting till 27 with 40 days left in np.
