Is grad school a thing for UX Designers? (Masters in UX, MBA, etc) Or is it better to just build portfolio?

What are realistic expectations for 3rd Year Analyst / Direct Promote Associate bonus range at a BB? Note that at MS, 2nd year bonuses in my group last year were 90-115K, while MBA associates received a pro-rated 90K stub (~40k). There are a few real estate positions available that i think i would be perfect for. Background - Head of Special projects at a real estate developer (building data centres and tech hubs), former McKinsey EM, MBA from London Business School, IB real estate experience and CFA

Newish to data analytics. Have some experience in power BI, sql, and R. I wanted to get some exposure to aws and saw the AWS cloud practitioner as an available course at my job. Why did Toronto (or Canada?) change the exit signs from the classic red EXIT sign to the green running man? Wouldn’t it confuse more people especially elders in finding the exit?

Also isn’t it a waste of money for businesses to replace perfectly functional exit signs when renovating?
