Can someone explain the difference between FB’s Partner Solutions Manager and the Strategic Partner Manager? From an initial recruiter call, it seems the SPM provides the consultative product recs while the PSM onboards the client onto that product and tracks performance to provide actionable recs as needed. Anyone know career growth and salary for these two? I don’t want a sales heavy/only lateral growth role like their client solutions manager roles so these seem like good compromises?

I would like to transfer my career to Healthcare Data Analytics. I’m gaining my data analytics certification by the ending of November. How do I leave my role as someone on the talent team. I am on a small recruitment team of only a few people, who connect daily. Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.
