Lots of posts on fb about keto. I looked it up but it seems difficult to manage on the road. What's the typical travel day meal plan for keto 🐠?

Coffee with heavy cream for breakfast, chipotle bowl with no rice or beans, extra meat, cheese and guac for lunch... dinner is usually some grilled meat...

? This is pretty easy. Bacon and eggs for bfast. Salad for lunch. Meat and veggies for dinner

The first few hits on google make it seem like you have to calculate all these percentages of fat super carefully rather than it being the typical low-carb. The diets described above seem to be more classically low carb. I thought it had to be much higher in fat intake but also with less protein. Lots of mentions of ghee, coconut oil, pork rinds...etc. and wasn't sure how disciplined you had to be about it

^will be starting this in a month once im local. Currently doing moderate protein and high non-starch veggies while on the road. I blog about it if youre interested 🤗

Anyone set up a Bowl to talk about that? Agree lot of threads on that

a1rvr health and fitness bowl

Bacon sausage cheese spinach and a few berries for brekkie. Chipotle or five guys or sandwich or whatever on lettuce wrap instead of bread for lunch, dinner lots of options. Most cuisines are pretty easy to keep to keto except Italian, almost impossible to keto and resist temptation at an Italian restaurant.

what about snacks?

Best snack in my opinion is the moon cheese you can get at sbux. The carbs vary a lot based on cheese snack so be sure to check it before buying. Also, Trader Joe's has dehydrated cheese chips which are delish! Though tbh once you've been doing this for a while, you really don't feel the need to snack...

Also any jerky is good for a snack

Moon cheese available cheaper on netrition.com. Jerky. Cheese sticks. QWEST bars. Parsnip chips. Some nuts

Just mapped out macros yesterday. Stoked! Cant wait to be local nowwww 😎😎😎

Cashews and almonds for snacks

Any B4 IAM consultants make the move to Accenture? How is the talent experience (employee apps for time & expense, expense/travel policies, well being subsidy, stock options, etc) compared to what you’d find at D or EY? How do you find the quality of projects, and your role as a SC (which I understand is just “Consultant” at Accenture)? Worth making the jump or do you miss B4 life?

Hi there!
I completed the last round of an interview (presentation) last week. Originally they said they would be calling my references & then make an offer accordingly.
Today they updated that they'd like me to travel to their HQ (based in Nordics & I'm in London) for the final round where I'd meet the CEO, the hiring manager and a couple of people in the team.
I don't think I'm the only one in the process - even though initially the last round was the presentation.
What are your thoughts?

Guys please suggest any good hotel(no need hifi, just for night stay) to stay in kharadi, Pune or near by.
I have 2 days working office in a week. Need for 2-3 days only.
If you have any idea please suggest.

How do you best leverage a job offer when you don’t want to leave? In the running for a VP job (higher level than now) that pays $70k higher than what I currently make. I want to ask for more money, but don’t want them to see me as a flight risk or that I am not loyal anymore. Or my bigger fear is they’ll say they cannot offer me any more and then I feel like I have egg on my face. Any tips for delicately balancing this?

Since lot of candidates are in the pool, sadly it would take me nearly 12 to 18 months to get my Canadian PR. Can some one give me leads of job opening which is available back there in Canada to start my career.

Can I export a list with all emails I sent for the month? I would like to use it to compare to my billed time to make sure I don’t miss anything. Usually I go through my sent inbox but it has so much extra info so it’s not a quick scan. Plus outlook does weird things sometimes like combines conversations so I only see most recent sent item in that convo. Alternatively, do you have a good way confirming you caught all of your email time?

One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.
