I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

I don't nickel and dime anything? I spend my personal card and get a fixed per diem every week. Way better and tax free
I dunno, I like the healthy balance. Nice taking 100-150 home for the weekend
You guys are living the fabulous life huh
Don't judge people. That extra $15 goes a long way
I thought about this and honestly think it's better to have an expense policy despite the per diem potentially saving you some money.
Expense policy allows everyone to be on the same playing field and creates opportunities to bond with teammates. It also honestly helps keep morale up. Would you rather have to nickel and dime everywhere or just charge valid expenses to your nice card and be done with it?
Y'all can hate all you want on per diem, but I get an allowance for every meal and pocket a lot of extra cash.
Why
I wouldn't trade per diem you can take home for covered expenses
^travel expenses are tax free regardless if they are incurred out of state on a short term basis
Per diem may in fact be taxed higher
It's not taxed at all, that's why it's great
Per diem = untaxes for work that is planned for <1 year
^same as expenses
EY no one was arguing about tax benefits. Some ppl prefer to save during week and take the remainder home.
