Loyal Delta flyer, but I’m beginning to question my choice. United points redemptions are so much better - as an example, NYC <-> Havana is 18k on United and 45k on Delta. Is the service that much better on Delta to make it worth it?

Lyft driver delayed picking me up 30 min, resulting in me canceling my ride and asking hotel to call me a “yellow taxi” to get to the airport because it was 5am and all ubers/lyfts were 15 min.
