I got the impression this was a small but fast growing team on the west coast, and the work sounds like a combination of product, agile delivery, and roadmap dev. But, as an outsider to the firm, I’d be curious for EY-ers’ thoughts/perceptions on the practice. Is it generally well regarded? How is the practice leadership & culture? Is it truly a hot/growing market like my interviewers have portrayed it as?

Advice on how to break into a sales position or the pharmaceutical industry? I have 1 year of experience in account management/customer service for a Biotech company, a B.S. in Cell and Molecular Neuroscience with research experience, plus the organizational and communication skills needed to succeed as a sales rep.

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Interviewed with Google, Amazon, Cisco, McKinsey, and a few others and every-time there is something that is not a match... are the hiring managers looking for like 100% match? That will never happen!!!
