The experts are not taking into account that the people whose jobs illegals have been taking will jump right into these roles. They have been saying for decades that they are willing to work but illegals are under cutting them. They are finally going to get their opportunity to show us all what they can do with their incredible work ethic. I personally cannot wait.

It’d be hilarious if they tried to unionize due to harsh working conditions lol
If you want illegals soo bad why don’t you open your house, subsidize their living, etc?
FWIW - my opinion is that working illegal immigrants who haven’t committed crimes should have a pathway to citizenship. But it’s behind all the people they cut in the line AND they have to pay a fine. Violent criminals go, no exceptions and under no circumstance are they allowed back in.
By the way - I got the idea from Barack Obama AND Hillary Clinton…
EY1 - why exactly was last year's bill "God awful?" Yes, there were flaws, but it was also the best legislative progress that had been made in a decade. Amongst other things, it provided over $20B for border security improvements, increased detention facilities, toughened the asylum process, increased the number of judges to work on the massive backlog of cases, supported our Afghani allies to seek refuge in America (which this new administration disgracefully pulled), and adjusted migrant worker programs.
Despite each side's desire to ram through their most hardline bills, we are still a mostly 50-50 country. This was one of the best chances to make legislative reform in a while. The Democrats had even come to the table and made significant concessions. The Republicans threw Lankford under the bus. Focusing on all-or-nothing partisan legislation is hardly an effective way to run a country, but it is apparently the paradigm we're now in. Almost like legislation can be made iteratively, but each side (and especially the Rs these days) want their "one and done" wishlist.

I think it’s more like Gaetz being an expert in child predators. Big little guy energy.

No one with a serious education or common sense wants to deport all illegal immigrants.
I say this and people in the responses will surprise me.

Hey, geniuses, it’s your people

Yes, by definition they aren’t supposed to be here.

Blaahhhhhhhh haaaaaa!! Can’t be worse than the last 4 years! Trump’s first term was outstanding. This one will be better
SA-1, he might be. But he is not using the data as the sole decision making source. It has to be verified and pressure tested unlike what AE is doing. AI can be garbage in and garbage out just like any other kind of software solution
Trump will spend a few months deporting the criminals then say mission accomplished and on to the next thing.
Called a typo chief. I am sure you have made a view. Probably was thinking about my last bonus
